Automatic screw feeder machine,custom- made for headless screw type

Automatic screw locking machine is mainly composed of screw automatic conveying system, X-Y-Z movement platform, control system and locking system. The work efficiency is much higher than the traditional manual work, machine can operate continuously, especially for multiple same size items. This series screwdriver machine is custom-made for the special screw type- headless screw which can not converyed out by the standard screw feeder, so we designed the screw vibrator to make sure the screws come out in the correct direction.
